J ob Purpose:
  We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building customer (buyer) base for each of the waste segments across India through an efficient and seamless onboarding operations team.This function will own the entire lifecycle and account management of the buyer customers including various on-ground activities, project management with a focus on consistent practices whilst enhancing the effectiveness of the field operations, compliance audit and also empowering the field teams through right delegations.The sole aim of this role is to setup, scale up the buyer management creating long term strategic value through transparency and trustworthiness.

Job Responsibility & Duties:
The essential duties and responsibilities are:
1. Head the various activities/verticals which are part of the buyer onboard management including call centre/ control room.
2. Identify and onboard waste processors who adopts SDG goals, Pollution control board norms and operates inline with ESG parameters.
3. Promote circularity and build comprehensive database of recycle industry to implement “Cradle-to-cradle” vision for every disposal through Zecomy platform.
4. On boarding activities of buyers as per the compliance checklist is key and no exception to be made
5. Ensure all buyers are compliant throughout their membership with Zecomy and keep monitoring and alerting of any compliance lapses or expiry of licences etc
6. Execution of Operational on ground compliance activities of buyers /field level project activities including safety and ensuring delivery as per the agreed timeline.
7. Facilitate comprehensive due-diligence of buyers through the compliance management and record on the findings and take necessary actions including surprise audits.
8. Positively impacting the P&L, i.e. the usage metrics of buyer onboard lifecycle, compliance tracking, customer experience and satisfaction index, direct cost of operations, the efficiency of the operations etc.
9. Effective onboarding of right buyers to support the disposal of customer (Sellers) at a better commercial and compliance. The measurement of success is based on the timely onboarding of right buyers for disposals of all type of waste products/segments across India.
10. Actively coordinate with each of the business verticals (market place) and the clusters thereof on a daily basis for achieving the above.
11. Driving continuous improvement. Create processes, tools and their review, improvements and implementation from time to time. Be the ambassador for imbibing a process-oriented approach especially for recurring activities across the organization and drive the culture of delivering right – every time.
12. Primary point of contact for the developments in the product development, defining the buyer dash-boards, reporting requirements, testing the product enhancements and provide continuous feedback.
13. Challenge the existing ways of doing things, i.e. status quo, and drive changes to enhance customer experience and profitability. Identify and implement out-of-the-box ideas. Use data, frequent field visits etc. to find insights and improvement areas.
14. Perform research and gather data to help a company identify right buyers for its products or services. Continuously gather data on industry size, growth, issues & challenges and major seller & buyers in the market.
15. Research any new policies and regulations that need to be incorporated into the product to ensure compliance as well ahead of competition and build awareness/ train the buyers accordingly.
16. Coordinate with the learning and development team for training arrangements for new tools, processes, developments and facilitate training of buyers.
17. Coordinating with the central functions like technology, customer support, operations design, learning and development, finance, marketing, HR etc. to tap their expertise and optimize the day-to-day execution machinery.In short, this will be your dream job where you will be responsible for buyers to partner with Zecomy for business and fulfilling the overall vision of the company.

Qualifications/Education:
Graduate in any discipline or diploma in technical education.

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to ensure compliance and transparency for the environmental, social and governance (ESG) pillars of the buy side in order to de risk the seller and the company thereby ensuring a responsible value chain.

Job Responsibility & Duties:
The essential duties and responsibilities are:
1) To carry out due diligence of new buyers and qualify them for on boarding
2) To ensure perpetual audit of on-boarded buyers at a pre-determined frequency as well as making surprise audits according to laid down audit framework and standards. This will include all documentation check viz. certificates, licenses, GST compliance, operational aspects etc
3) To undertake gap analysis between actual to desired state, document and recommend areas for improvement and help buyers implement the same in the day-today operations. This includes delisting of buyers if they fall short of minimum qualifying standard and are ineffective in meeting the same within a given time frame by providing objective evidence
4) Review complete operations of waste process and understand downstream disposals and adhering to the zero waste land-fill policy
5) Rate the buyers on an agreed scoring methodology and recommend best buyers based on agreed framework for annual award function.
6) Build buyers’ capacity on (a) ESG aspects (b) audit methodology (c) understanding areas for improvement and the implementation pathway
7) Document “as is” processes of buyers and any changes / modification made thereof Zecomy repository.
8) Be the change agent for buyers’ process improvements as suggested by Zecomy Centre of Excellence or any other departments
9) Due diligence and audit processes as mentioned above will be carried out also for Material Recovery Factories associated with ZecomySupervisory responsibility is bestowed as and when trade / ops people are deputed to Compliance during detailed audits.

Qualifications/Education:
Graduate in any discipline or diploma in technical education.
Any Certification in ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and 50001 will be preferred.

Work Experience:
4 to 6 years of full-time work experience with EHS in a manufacturing environment in operation, maintenance, projects, purchase, supply chain or internal audit function. Preference is given to knowledge on compliance process management, audit function role in the previous roles.

• Process knowledge of recycling / dismantling / manufacturing in engineering / electronics / plastics industry will be desirable.

2. The job should focus in reviewing the existing operational process and make the process seamless and best in the industry by creating Standard Operational Procedure documents covering the entire lifecycle from initiation to complete disposal.
3. On boarding activities of sellers as per the compliance checklist is key and no exception to be made
4. Ensure no compliance lapse during the lifecycle of the waste disposal activity and ensure all documents are made available on the document management and share the same with the Sellers
5. Responsible for providing timely contract note and completeness of the contract note as the contract binds sellers and buyers and will act as key document in case of any disputes
6. Bring good sellers survey and ensure retention and getting repeat business as part of Sellers account management – review performance monitor on quarterly basis
7. The role also needs to market and sell Zecomy products and services to achieve more clients / bring repeat business to meet the revenue target
8. The role is also expected to learn policies on eWaste/ batteries/ hazardous commodities to bring smartness and subject matter expertise. Research on all the pollution control board policies to build subject matter expertise.
9. Provide necessary trainings on the product and services to both sellers/buyers
10. Work with Zecomy product team on building new products and manage marketing of the products to increase the revenue of the company
11. Engage all stakeholders and be responsive in communication and manage escalations to ensure no client impact.

1. Primary role will be to manage end to end management of onboarding right buyers and also periodic review of the buyers operations inline with pollution control board policies, and labor regulations.

2. The job should focus in reviewing the existing operational process and make the process seamless and best in the industry by creating Standard Operational Procedure documents covering the entire lifecycle from initiation to complete disposal.
3. On boarding activities of sellers as per the compliance checklist is key and no exception to be made
4. Ensure no compliance lapse during the lifecycle of the waste disposal activity and ensure all documents are made available on the document management and share the same with the Sellers
5. Responsible for providing timely contract note and completeness of the contract note as the contract binds sellers and buyers and will act as key document in case of any disputes
6. Bring good sellers survey and ensure retention and getting repeat business as part of Sellers account management – review performance monitor on quarterly basis
7. The role also needs to market and sell Zecomy products and services to achieve more clients / bring repeat business to meet the revenue target
8. The role is also expected to learn policies on eWaste/ batteries/ hazardous commodities to bring smartness and subject matter expertise. Research on all the pollution control board policies to build subject matter expertise.
